TVS Motor Company September Sales
TVS Motor Company sales grew by 16 percent in September 2013 from 170,097 units in September 2012 to 197,409 units in the September 2013.
TVS sold a total of 189,609 units of its two wheelers in September 2013 compared to just 165,092 units in September 2012. The company’s Domestic sales at 168,598 units in September 2013 compared to 149,191 units last year.
TVS sold 83,043 units of its Motorcycles in September 2013 compared to 63,832 units last year.
The company also sold 43,201 units of its Scooters last month compared to 40,055 units last year.
The company exported a total of 27,577 units of its vehicles in September 2013 compared to 18,818 units last year
The company also saw a growth of 56 per cent in its three wheeler sales, increasing from just 5,005 units sold in September 2012 to 7,800 units in September 2013
Hero MotorCorp September Sales
Hero MotoCorp, India’s largest two wheeler manufacturer, has reportedly sold 4,68,670 units of its vehicles in September 2013, 15.78 per cent increase compared to 4,04,787 units sold last year
Hero MotoCorp Senior Vice President (Marketing and Sales) Anil Dua said
“Our performance in September is a result of the strong retail growth we have reported throughout the first half of this financial year. Our 16 per cent growth in despatch sales in September has come on the back of a consistent 7% growth in our retails this year.”
Bajaj Auto September Sales
Bajaj Auto has managed to sell a total of 367,815 units in September 2013 compared to 360,152 units of its vehicles sold last year.
In the break up of sales, the company has exported 146,847 units in September.
It has also sold 323,879 units of its MotorCycles and 43,936 units of its commercial vehicles in September 2013 compared to 315,314 units and 44,838 units [respectively] last year
