Land Rover has suspended all its production from plants across the UK because of the coronavirus outbreak. The company said on March 20, 2020, that they will stop the manufacturing till April 20, 2020. The company has said that this date can change depending on the situation and the government guidelines. The decision is for the company’s benefit and to safeguard business continuity.

The company has plants all across the country including Castle Bromwich, Solihull, and Halewood. Land Rover said that the work will continue overseas.

The Land Rover factory in China reopened on February 24, 2020. The company said that ‘life is getting back to it’s the normal route’. Land Rover is still operational in India and Brazil.
