This is the upgraded version of BMW SUV, the X7. It is powered with a twin-turbocharged 4.4-litre petrol V8 engine which has a power output of 613bhp which is 90bhp more than the standard car. The 590 lb-ft torque makes this car the most powerful model in the Alpina line-up. This car is very much different from X7. There are still some things taken from X7.
The weight of this is about 2655kg and it can go from 0-62mph in 4.2 seconds. The top speed of this is 180mph.
It has a rear-wheel steering system and a bespoke suspension set-up comprising dual-axle air suspension. It also has active roll stabilisation functionality and returned damper settings. To enhance the rigidity through the corners, it reinforced torsion struts and a new dome-bulkhead strut. This is the new feeling of structures. For different modes, cars have a certain change in functions.
For different driving scenarios, it has a wheel camber setting and for different ride rights, it has an air suspension system.
The car has six or seven-seat formats. It is very much similar to the X7. There is also a glass iDrive rotary controller. Some other things in the interior are the sports-style steering wheel and Alpina logos throughout. It also has a sunroof. The car is equipped with soft-close doors and an Alcantara headliner. There are many upgrades which you can do in this car. Some of the upgraded options are LED ceiling displays offering more than 15,000 light patterns. The prices of the car for the UK market has not been revealed yet.
The price in Germany is €155,000. So, from this, you can make an assumption that it will cost about £140,000 when it will launch in the UK.
