Chennai Company Surprises Employees with Cars and Scooters Worth Rs 3.5 Crore
In a heartwarming gesture, Chennai-based Team Detailing Solutions made Diwali come early for its employees by gifting them cars and scooters worth Rs 3.5 crore during the festive season of Ayudha Pooja. Their owner Sridhar Kannan decided to address this need during Christmas when he invited his employees to a luxurious house on the East Coast Road (ECR) and handed out such unexpected gifts.
Honoring Dedication: Luxury Cars and Two-Wheelers for Loyal Employees
Lucky 30 employees were given executive cars like Merc, Toyota Innova, Hyundai Creta, and i20, whereas others were given trendy models like Brezza and Ertiga. Anyone that has served for nine years and above was given cars, and those with seven years of service and above were given scooters. Now, this is how you say thank you.

A Rising Company that Cares for Its People
Established in 2005, however, with an employee strength of only four employees, Team Detailing Solutions has flourished and grown as a big business corporation today, with a total strength of 180 employees and the largest offices situated in two different locations. Most of the workers were from rural backgrounds, and to make it clear, Sridhar Kannan asserted that these gifts were to enrich the quality of the workers’ lives. He has always appreciated his team because they have been loyal, trusted him, and worked very hard.
“Out of 30 employees, we’ve provided cars and 74 two-wheelers till date,” Kannan revealed. Some of them have been with me for years, and I just wanted to make them feel that their lives had been lifted. They had faith in me, and I wanted to give something back in return.”
Beyond Gifts: Supporting Employees in Life’s Big Moments
There are also other remarkable things that Kannan has given out for the school. The donations that Kannan has been bringing are not limited to the abovementioned ones. The company also helps its employees during their marriage expenses and gives Rs 1 lakh (which was upgraded from Rs 50000). Now, that is a company that I can tell has a conscious concern for the well-being of their patients.
This incredible act of gratitude and appreciation has not only inspired the employees but has also set a new benchmark for how companies can give back to those who help them grow.
